Mental Health Reporting

This workshop is available to students studying any form of factual media at a 3^rd level institution including Journalism, Media, Radio, and TV & Film Production. It covers the suicide reporting guidelines, responsible coverage of mental illness, group work on factual examples and fictional case studies, how to work with contributors who have lived experience of mental health difficulties, and the wellbeing of media students and professionals.  

The full workshop is 2 hours but can be adjusted based on the time slot available to a shorter duration, or to include more material for longer classes.
