The Workplace Programme Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating Shine’s Mental Health in the Workplace Programme, which promotes mental health awareness and support in the workplace. This role involves close engagement with a diverse range of organisations to foster healthier work environments through training, resources, and a commitment to mental health inclusion.
Programme Coordination: Lead the day-to-day operations of Shine’s Mental Health in the Workplace Programme, ensuring efficient management and delivery of all programme elements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for organisations involved in the programme, from initial inquiries to ongoing support, providing guidance and addressing queries with professionalism and clarity.
Pledge Programme Management: Manage the Workplace Pledge Programme, liaising with participating organisations throughout the process—from initial contact to issuing the pledge certificate, ensuring organisations meet all necessary requirements.
Workshop and Presentation Delivery: Organise and deliver presentations to participating organisations, tailoring content to workplace needs and representing See Change in a professional manner.
Digital Engagement: Collaborate with the Communications team to update social media channels and the website with Workplace Programme activities, aligning messaging with overall programme objectives.
Workshop Scheduling and Logistics: Schedule workshops within budget constraints, ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements (Data Protection, Contracts, Health & Safety) are completed in advance of each event.
Support and Oversight: Coordinate with trainers on workshop logistics, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with all required standards.
Workshop Evaluation and Reporting: Ensure evaluation forms are completed by participants and debriefing forms by facilitators after each workshop. Maintain accurate records and produce reports on workshop outcomes and programme impact as required by funders or leadership.
Event Coordination for Green Ribbon Campaign: Plan and execute workplace focused events and activities for the annual Green Ribbon Campaign, promoting mental health awareness and destigmatisation.
Additional Duties: Carry out other duties that may arise to support the Workplace Programme.
