FRIENDS Wellness Workshop for family members in the Midwest

We welcome family members in the MIDWEST of Ireland who feel impacted by a relative’s or partner’s experience of mental health issues to attend the FRIENDS Wellness Workshop July 5th in Cuinas, Feakle, Co. Clare from 9.30am – 4pm. Closing date 28th June.

FRIENDS is a partnership between Shine, Aras Follain, Mid-West HSE and Family Recovery Peer Supporters: supporting family members of people who experience mental health difficulties recovery.

On the day there will be individual holistic treatments (places are limited and on a first come basis), group workshops on relaxation & wellness, nutrition and other interesting topics.

This Free event is organised by FRIENDS Project and it includes lunch, peer support and an opportunity to share in a supportive, empathic environment.
